If you are not satisfied with any product, for any reason, we offer hassle free for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange for another product of an equal value. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.

Returns’ Policy

All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within (14) calendar days of the purchase date. We expect returned items are in their new and unused condition with original accessories. Boxed items cannot be opened and all packaging must be included.


Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (missing, damaged, defective, incorrect item sent, etc.)

Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery.

If an item is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us by phone or email within 3 calendar days upon receipt of the package so that our customer care specialists can explain what steps need to be taken. After 3 days your request won’t be eligible for processing

If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.

Exchanging a purchase with a product of a higher value requires an additional payment to cover the new purchase.

All Refunds are bank transfers. Returned products are checked by our end prior the refund. If they don’t meet our policy conditions, the return will be sent back to your end and the refund won’t take place. 

 Items aren’t eligible for a refund.

  • Discounted, Vouchered or sale items, however, they are exchangeable -except for dental devices- with a product of an equal discounted value.
  • Items that their retail packaging, seals, boxes or adhesive stickers are opened or missing, also, any tags or labels were attached.
  • Items are used, damaged, or are not in the same condition as you received them.
  • Specific categories like consumables, disposable, fragile items, hygiene-related items
  • Defective Items that are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Items with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Anything missing from the package you received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
